Tier 0 is the first volume of an upcoming instrumental beat series. All four of these tracks were created in one night and it captures the zone I was in when I created them. Free "PulChild 808's" Pack

As promised, I'm giving away another pack as part of the site launch. This pack here is titled "PulChild 808's" as a play on the name of the Pultec EQP-1A EQ and the Fairchild 660 Limiter. The original units have been used on countless hit and classic recordings across several genres. The Pultec has been a favorite go to unit of top engineers for its unique ability to add warmth, depth and clarity to drums. The Fairchild, which has been used on hit records from the Beatles to many Motown classics, has the ability to give your tracks a ton of tube warmth and character and can also add the sweet harmonics that happen to be a desired effect on 808's. I used the UAD emulations on the drums along with some other processing of my own. The drums are punchy, fat  and warm and have some nice depth that will translate very well on HipHop, R&B, Pop and EDM productions. The pack is free in exchange for a tweet on your twitter account. Guordan Banks " Good At What You Do (Produced by Ivan Barias)

Back in October Philly's own and Meek Mill Dreamchasers protege Guordan Banks released his project titled "A Song For Everyone" with features from Meek Mill, Wale and Omelly. Besides myself, the project also features production from the GRAMMY nominated DJ Camper and Phatboiz. This is the first release from this singer/songwriter who has worked with several R&B recording artist such as John Legend, K. Michelle and Keyshia Cole. Check out the stream and video below for the song "Good At What You Do".

Kiki Rowe "Too Good To Be You" (Produced by Ivan Barias)

Earlier this year I had the chance to work with this dope artist from Toronto by the name of Kiki Rowe. We collaborated on song called "Too Good To Be You". She recently released her project titled "Kiki Rowe" which also includes collaborations with DJ Mustard. Jay Z's Life and Times blog did cool write up declaring her the next one to blow out Canada:

“Drake and Justin Bieber may soon have to make way for Canada’s next rising star. Her name is Kiki Rowe and on October 28th, the Mississauga-born singer-songwriter will be releasing her debut album. The project is set to feature production from the likes of DJ Mustard, ASTR and Ivan Barias. ”

Estelle - "Conqueror" (Urban Radio Mix)

Check out the Urban Radio mix of UK singer/songwriter Estelle's new song "Conqueror" from her upcoming album "True Romance" to be released in February of 2015. The original version was featured in the film "Addicted" starring Sharon Leal and Boris Kodjoe released in October. This version was produced by Ivan "Orthodox" Barias (myself) and Johnnie "Smurf" Smith. Check it out below.
